Counselling & Coaching for Separation & Divorce

Support through one of life's biggest transitions.

Whether you're just thinking about separating, in the middle of a relationship ending, or adjusting to life after divorce, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Separation and divorce can bring a mix of emotions, difficult decisions, and uncertainty about the future.

Even when it's the right decision, it can leave you questioning who you are, what comes next, and how to rebuild your life.

Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space to process your emotions, make sense of what's happening, and move forward in a way that feels true to you. For those who would also benefit from practical guidance alongside emotional support, coaching can be integrated to help you navigate decisions, clarify next steps, and move forward with confidence.

When your relationship ends, it can feel like your whole world changes.

Maybe you’re navigating:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the emotional impact of separation or divorce

  • Grief, loss or sadness following the end of your relationship, even if it was your decision

  • Anxiety about the future or starting over

  • Conflict with your former partner or challenges with co-parenting

  • Loss of confidence, identity or direction

  • Feeling isolated or as though no one understands what you're going through

  • Difficulty making decisions or knowing what comes next

  • The emotional impact of family, financial or lifestyle changes

  • Fear of being alone or navigating life on your own

Counselling & Coaching

Support that's both emotionally grounded and practically informed.

I support men, women and couples navigating the emotional and practical challenges of separation and divorce.

Whether you're considering separation, in the midst of the legal process, or rebuilding your life after divorce, I provide a warm, non-judgemental space to help you process what's happening, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Counselling is at the heart of our work. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a way that's grounded, practical, and tailored to your unique circumstances - not textbook or overwhelming.

Alongside my counselling work, I also support individuals as a Separation Consultant. While I don't provide legal advice in our sessions, this experience gives me an understanding of the family law process, mediation, and the practical realities that often accompany separation and divorce. It means I understand the broader context you're navigating and can support you emotionally through every stage of the journey.

How we work together:

  • Counselling sessions are 50 minutes, available online via Zoom or in my Sydney CBD office, as individual sessions or ongoing support.

  • Your first session is a calm, grounding space to share what you're moving through. We'll cover intake and consent, explore your circumstances, and map out what support might look like - so you feel safe, seen and understood from the start.

  • Coaching is available as an optional add-on if you'd benefit from dedicated time to work through practical decisions and next steps - whether you're deciding whether to separate, navigating the legal process, adjusting to co-parenting, rebuilding after divorce, or creating your next chapter. With coaching added, sessions extend to 75 minutes.

  • Together, we'll create a path forward that feels steady, grounded and right for you.

This is for you if you're ready to navigate this chapter with greater clarity, confidence and support.
