Hi, I’m Joanna

Registered Counsellor l Coach l Separation Consultant

If you’ve landed here, something has probably already shifted. And you’re trying to figure out who you are on the other side of it.

I support women through the moments when life changes - and everything they thought they knew about themselves changes right along with it.

The place where you’re carrying big emotions, facing decisions you don’t feel ready for, and a lot of uncertainty - often while still showing up for everyone else as if everything is fine.

I know this place well - not just professionally, but personally. I’ve navigated my own moments of not recognising myself: through relationships, motherhood, and career. Finding my way back shaped everything about how I work - grounded, honest, emotionally steady, and always focused on helping you move forward.

This is real, honest work - and it will meet you exactly where you are.

Warm enough to feel safe. Honest enough to create real change.

Counselling & Coaching Support

Counselling is at the heart of this work… with coaching available when you're ready to take practical action.

Counselling - going inward

A space to slow down, tune in, and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. To process the emotions, the grief, and the quiet loss of self that often comes with big life changes - without judgement, and without rushing.

Drawing from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - we make sense of your experience together, in a way that feels grounding and clarifying, not overwhelming.

Coaching add-on - moving forward

Sometimes, alongside the emotional work, you need space to think through the practical decisions in front of you. Coaching is available as an extended-session add-on… time to talk through real-world questions about separation, divorce, motherhood, business, or navigating life's challenges, where I can offer direct advice, perspective, and actionable next steps.

It's a different kind of conversation to counselling - more forward-facing and practical, and it's there when you need it.

Why I do this work

Because I’ve lived through it.

The grief of a chapter closing, the confusion that follows, and the hard work of figuring out who you are and what you want on the other side. I know what it takes to find your way back to yourself - and I know how much it matters to have someone steady beside you while you do.
