How we work together:
My approach brings together counselling and coaching — because real change needs both emotional depth and practical direction.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online via Zoom, and available as individual sessions or ongoing support.
Every session is different. Some go deeper — processing emotions, unpacking what’s really going on, and making sense of the experiences underneath. Others are more forward-focused — clarifying decisions, setting boundaries, and mapping out practical next steps. Most are a blend of both.
I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - in a way that’s grounding and practical, not textbook or overwhelming.
Together, we map a path forward that feels steady, grounded, and right for you.
