Counselling & Coaching for life’s biggest transitions

Something has already changed.

Maybe it was a relationship, a career, parenthood - or something quieter that happened inside you, something you felt before you could name it.

You're not quite sure who you are on the other side of it. But you know you can't keep carrying it alone while pretending everything's fine.

Somewhere in the middle of it all, you might be asking:

Who am I now?

What do I actually want?

What comes next - and how do I get there?

This is where counselling and coaching come in.

I work with people in the middle of significant change who need both emotional support and practical direction.

Maybe you’re navigating:

  • A relationship shift, separation, or what partnership means for you now

  • Being newly single and rebuilding your relationship with yourself

  • Parenthood - and the identity shift, changed relationships, and reprioritising that comes with it

  • A career change, burnout, or the pull toward a more values-driven life

  • Patterns, roles, or expectations you've outgrown - and the guilt of wanting something different

  • The sense that your life should feel more like yours - and not knowing how to get there

If you're navigating separation or divorce specifically, I offer dedicated support for that here →

Counselling & Coaching Support

How we work together:

  • Counselling is at the heart of our work - a space to process what's happening beneath the surface, understand the patterns, and reconnect with yourself. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a way that's grounded and practical, not clinical or overwhelming.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes, online via Zoom or in my Sydney CBD office, and are available as individual sessions or ongoing support.

  • Coaching is available as an optional add-on for when you need dedicated time to get practical - clarifying decisions, mapping next steps, working out what you actually want and how to move toward it. It's less about processing and more about moving. With coaching added, sessions extend to 75 minutes.

Your first session is a calm, grounding space to share what you're moving through. We'll cover intake and consent, explore what's been going on, and get a sense of what support might look like - so you leave feeling clear, seen, and understood.

This is for you if something has shifted and you're ready to figure out what comes next.
