Each session meets you exactly where you are, blending:
Counselling
For slowing down, tuning in, and exploring what’s really going on beneath the surface. Drawing from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, we make sense of your inner experience in a way that feels supportive and strengthening, not overwhelming.
Coaching
For the movement that comes after the insight - clarifying your values, boundaries, and decisions, shifting unhelpful patterns, strengthening self-trust and creating practical steps that feel possible and aligned. Coaching brings direction, perspective, and the sense that change is not only doable, but already beginning.
Sessions are held online for 60 minutes and unfold as a mix of grounding, reflection, emotional processing, and practical clarity - always shaped around what you most need that day.
Your first session is a little different: a calm, spacious beginning where you can lay everything out, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and get clear on the kind of support that will genuinely help you right now. Together, we’ll map a path forward that feels safe, steady, and right for you.
